Assist with developing and implementing tooling, fixtures, workstations, and infrastructure necessary to execute efficient production builds.
Perform surface preparation, adhesion application and casting operations.
Run functional testing of flight components and accurately document results in accordance with controlled procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, first-pass yield, line balance, and overall production efficiency.
Ensure shop equipment is well-maintained and calibrated where necessary, and maintain an organized, safe production area.
