- Establish and scale a global Supply Chain Academy focused on future workforce needs.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen succession pipelines and accelerate talent development.

- Experience developing capability frameworks, skills models, competency frameworks or career pathways.
- Success building academies, capability programmes or enterprise-wide development initiatives.
- The ability to translate business challenges into practical talent and development solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of how people investments support business outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively across global teams, cultures and time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or operations environments.
- Instructional design, capability architecture or learning strategy expertise.
- Experience supporting frontline, production or distribution-based workforces.
