Delivery Manager — Klarna Payments

Klarna, briefly

At Klarna, we're building an everyday finance network, helping over 120 million consumers across 26 countries save time and money, and worry less about their finances. Working here means taking on problems most companies never get to solve, and being hands-on enough that the interesting part of the work lands with you, not someone else — you'll build with AI, not watch it happen.

This is the stretch zone. Come find out what you're capable of.

About the role

When a partner integrates Klarna Payments, someone has to turn scoping conversations and technical requirements into an integration that actually goes live — and keeps working. That's you. You'll own that relationship end to end, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once, hands-on across the full lifecycle from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond.

You'll be the person partners call when something breaks — working through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies around both, in real time.

Because you'll understand partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem better than almost anyone else in the building, you'll feed that back into how Klarna builds: its products, its integration frameworks, and how the team works.

What you'll do

• You'll run multiple concurrent partner implementations at once, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live.

• You'll troubleshoot partner-reported technical issues in real time and guide them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies around both.

• You'll use AI tools to move faster through delivery work, and work with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and delivery priorities.

• You'll hold every implementation to Klarna's quality standards, not just "it works."

• You'll turn what you learn about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into concrete feedback that improves Klarna's products and integration frameworks.

Who you are

• You've spent 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry — running multi-stakeholder projects with a structured, analytical approach.

• You understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.

• You use AI tools yourself, and you push for their use across the team when they make delivery faster or better.

• You move comfortably between technical discussions with engineering and commercial conversations with partners, and can explain a technical problem clearly to both.

• You know your way around e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.

• You drive toward a solution without waiting to be told what the priority is.

• You catch details other people miss, and you break complex projects down into clear, deliverable-sized pieces.

Things you should know before applying

• Working together: we value co-located teams; most teams currently meet in the office 2–3 days per week, and this varies by team and can change over time.

• Non-obvious backgrounds are welcome. Diversity of skills, perspectives and backgrounds is how we create, innovate, and disrupt like no other.

• Final compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.

Please include a CV in English. Concrete beats comprehensive — what you built, what it did, what it cost.
