Work you'll do

As a TMT Solutions Senior Consultant on the Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for...
* Leading 3-5 concurrent TMT client workstreams to define, design, and deploy media solutions inclusive of workflows, systems, and training that improve operational effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes.
* Gathering and translating business requirements into solution roadmaps, product backlogs, implementation plans, and value realization strategies that align business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.
* Building executive-ready artifacts (e.g., business cases, ROI analyses, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and governance materials) and presenting outcomes to VP/CXO stakeholders.
* Coordinating across functional and technical (e.g., data science, engineering, and product teams) to verify that program execution is meeting objectives.
* Establishing governance, risk, and compliance controls aligned to client security, privacy, regulatory, and operational requirements.
* Coaching junior practitioners and client stakeholders to drive organizational adoption, change management, user enablement, and long-term value realization.

*Supporting business development, proposal, and pursuit activities through solution development, client presentations, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 4+ years of consulting or product delivery experience in the Technology, Media, and/or Telecommunications industry.
* 2+ years managing client-facing workstreams with 5-10 team members, including timeline, scope, budget, and stakeholder communications.
* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

* 1+ year experience in one or more TMT domains: broadcast news, media streaming/CTV, content operations, ad tech, telecom (wireless/wireline), gaming, or semiconductor.

* Experience supporting digital transformation, content workflows, newsroom modernization, content management platforms, media supply chains, or audience engagement initiatives.

*  Experience leading stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, organizational change management, training, or technology adoption programs.

*  Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes, workforce productivity, content operations, audience experiences, or decision-making capabilities.

* Familiarity with AI/ML, MLOps tooling, data platforms, and CI/CD integrations supporting modern media and technology ecosystems.

*  Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, value realization frameworks, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership audiences.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 - 207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
