• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, trading workflows and technology priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Bloomberg's listed electronic trading solutions and broader Enterprise offering.
• Prospect for new business opportunities, build commercial pipelines and successfully convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• Lead client engagements, product demonstrations and workflow discussions that clearly articulate the value of Bloomberg's solutions.
• Partner with clients to identify workflow gaps and deliver solutions that improve execution efficiency, productivity and user adoption.
• Drive client retention by proactively managing relationships, identifying at-risk accounts and executing growth and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Enterprise Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver coordinated client outcomes.
• Execute regional sales initiatives and contribute ideas that support the continued growth of Bloomberg's Electronic Trading business.
• Act as a trusted market expert, sharing client feedback and market insights to help shape future product development.

You'll need to have:

• Significant experience within electronic trading, gained through the buy-side, sell-side, electronic trading platforms, fintech or financial technology sales.
• Strong understanding of equity and listed derivatives markets and the electronic trading ecosystem supporting them.
• Experience using Bloomberg's electronic trading platform and Terminal, or comparable execution management and trading solutions.
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing commercial role, with experience managing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex client workflows and position technology solutions effectively.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Fluency in German.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a dynamic, non-hierarchical environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region to support clients and develop new business opportunities.

We'd love to see:

• Experience selling enterprise software, trading technology or SaaS solutions into financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS) or front-office trading workflows.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for financial markets, technology and building lasting client relationships.
