Overview We are looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our Finance team for a period of 18 months, covering a maternity leave. As a Financial Controller, you will be preparing financial reports, assisting with effective budget preparation, and contributing to strengthening Finance team’s processes and overall impact on the business. Responsibilities Work with Financial Controller to create efficiencies and automatization within the daily processes for P&L reporting Assist Financial Controller in topline reporting: data collection from multiple systems, building reports per client, brand, category Support month-end / year-end close process according IFRS, and prepare variance analysis vs Budget/Last year Participation in the process of Rolling Forecasts, Annual Budget Preparation of various reports and analysis for company’s management Additional controller duties, ad hoc requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance - ACCA, CIMA, or MBA will be considered an asset 2–3 years of relevant professional experience Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office applications Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Proven ability to deliver projects accurately and within deadlines Excellent command of both English and Greek, written and verbal Additional information What’s in it for you?
