Roarbank is looking for a CRM & Direct Marketing Manager to help us build meaningful and data-driven relationships with our users in India. We're growing fast — and want someone who can speak directly to our customers in a way that’s clear, human, and relevant.

What you’ll do
● Write simple, clear, and localized communication in English and Hindi for our Indian user
● Create and manage multi-step messaging flows via email, push, WhatsApp, and SMS
● Build and edit HTML templates (basic coding skills needed)
● Personalize campaigns using JSON-based templates and dynamic content
● Optimize segmentation, targeting, and message timing for better engagement
● Use A/B testing and data insights to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
● Collaborate with Product, Data, and Support teams to align messaging with product experience
● Maintain a clean library of templates, offers, and communication scenarios

You’ll fit right in if you
● Speak and write fluently in English and Hindi
● Have 1–3 years of experience in CRM or direct marketing, ideally in fintech or digital banking
● Are comfortable working with tools like Braze, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms
● Understand JSON structures and how personalization works
● Know how to write content that performs — not just reads nicely
● Are hands-on, curious, and love experimenting with new formats and tools

Nice to have
● Experience with Corezoid, Firebase, or internal CRM systems
● Background in customer lifecycle marketing, retention, or growth teams
● Understanding of Indian financial consumers and their digital behavior
