As a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and Operations, you will help run the operations behind Payward’s global hiring engine. Partner with onboarding, recruiting, and hiring managers to create a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one
Apply our hiring policies accurately and consistently across regions, flagging exceptions and escalating early

Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential candidate and executive information
Excellent communication skills and the professionalism to work comfortably with executives, hiring managers, and candidates from diverse regions and cultures
The ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly
