We operate at AI speed - autonomy and intelligence at our core. Our lean team thrives in a high-agency, high-velocity environment where AI is not a side project; it is the operating system for how we think, build, and grow.

The Role

You'll be the architect of FlytBase's talent magnetism and the guardian of our cultural DNA. This isn't typical recruitment role, you'll own the entire talent ecosystem from community building and employer branding to cultural assessment and hire decisions. You'll be responsible for ensuring every person who joins FlytBase elevates our capabilities and strengthens our culture.

This is a high-ownership role where your decisions compound across the entire organization. You'll build systematic approaches to attract exceptional talent in the Physical AI space, design assessment processes that identify cultural alignment, and create content that showcases what makes FlytBase different. You'll work directly with our founder and leadership team to maintain the standards that have made us a magnet for world-class talent.

What You'll Own

• Cultural guardianship and assessment framework to evaluate alignment with FlytBase's DNA

• End-to-end talent pipeline from sourcing to hire decisions across all functions

• Content strategy and creation showcasing team wins, innovation stories, and culture narratives. Check out Life at FlytBase on LinkedIn and YouTube to know what you'll own.

• Candidate experience design that enhances our talent brand through every interaction

• Referral program optimization and team network activation

• Assessment process design that identifies growth potential and cultural contribution

• Content creation and storytelling ability for multi-channel employer branding

• Event management experience with technical communities and top educational institutions

• Behavioral interviewing sophistication beyond surface-level questions

• AI-native operations mindset with systematic approach to process building

• High emotional intelligence for motivation assessment

What Makes You a Flyter

• AI-native: You use AI as your copilot, not just a chatbot. You are comfortable with AI-native sourcing and building scalable systems with AI.

• Quality over quantity: You'd rather leave a role unfilled than make a hire that creates cultural friction or performance drag

• Systematic thinking: You build scalable processes and community relationships, not just ad-hoc solutions to immediate hiring needs

• Learning agility: You're excited to master our culture book, understand our technology landscape, and continuously improve your assessment accuracy

• Candidates come first: You genuinely care about helping candidates succeed even when they're not right for FlytBase, building long-term relationships and reputation

• Strategic ownership: You understand that talent acquisition is organizational architecture, not administrative function, every hire shapes our future capabilities

What We Don't Want

• Volume-focused recruiters who measure success by hiring numbers rather than cultural and performance outcomes

• Process-dependent operators who need detailed instructions for every situation and can't handle ambiguity

• Surface-level cultural assessors who rely on generic questions rather than sophisticated behavioral evaluation

• Short-term thinkers who focus on immediate role-filling rather than long-term organizational and cultural development

• Activity-oriented mindsets that prioritize busy work over impact creation and relationship building

• Anyone who uses AI just as a chatbot to write better emails

Why FlytBase?

• H3 Philosophy: We're building a company that's Happy, Healthy, AND High-Performing. Not as a balance, but as a harmony. We move fast without burning out.

• Radical Ownership: You won't need permission to experiment, build, or lead. If you see a problem, you own the solution.

• Mazaa Aayega: Our internal motto. Yes, the work is intense, and that's the point - it should feel deeply meaningful and genuinely fun .

• Systems That Scale: We don't celebrate one-off heroics. We build compounding systems that create leverage.
