About us

Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to help prevent digital risk before it strikes. Founded in 2017, Coalition combines comprehensive insurance coverage and innovative cybersecurity tools to help businesses manage and mitigate potential cyberattacks.

Opportunities to make an impact with bold thinking are real—and happening daily at Coalition.

About the role

As a Business Developer at Coalition, you will join a fast growing team and share the efforts to create and maintain relationships with our insurance brokerage partners and customers. We are looking for an insurance sales professional to actively contribute to the development of our customer base and empower the success of our partners: the ideal candidate will help to align Coalition’s best ideas, innovations, and capabilities with a broker’s business goals.

You will join our DACH business development team and drive sales, acting as a strategic link between clients and a rapidly growing team. Together, you will work toward achieving strategic sales objectives within the German cyber insurance market. While the primary focus of the role is business development in Germany, it is not limited to this region.

At Coalition, we foster innovation—right down to our very approach to work—through a culture of genuine, collaborative teamwork and empathetic, direct feedback. This ensures that new team members have access to the resources and environment they need to focus on growth, high standards, and a sense of responsibility shaped by our long-term corporate mission.

The role is based in Germany but is fully remote within that territory.

Coalition is an English-speaking environment; CVs in English welcome
