As a Consultant D365 Functional Business Analyst at Codec, you will serve as a key advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between their business needs and the capabilities of Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, design efficient solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
What’s in it for you?
An opportunity to join Ireland’s largest Dynamics 365 team; work with great people in a fun, entrepreneurial, rewarding environment; employees are not only provided with competitive compensation but are also recognised for their achievements.Fundamentally, this job involves taking overall responsibility for eliciting, understanding and translating requirements and mapping them to the Microsoft Business Application technologies we use to deliver them. You have experience within rapid prototyping, especially within Microsoft D365 - where you are comfortable creating working interactive prototypes inside the products we have sold.

We’re not looking for somebody to create a large requirement document and throw it over the fence to our developers to struggle with. We’re not looking for someone who is unwilling to learn new technologies or ways of working. It might suit you if you are an experienced Analyst looking for a new challenge or are a contractor who is considering moving into a stable, high profile permanent role in a successful, accomplished yet growing team. Our Team consists of 20 Hybrid Functional/Business Analysts, who have a wide range of experience at a range of levels from graduates to Senior Principal.
As a consultant at Codec, you’ll join the team, and most importantly - be made feel part of the team, from day one.

·        Contribute reusable AI prompts, templates, examples and lessons learned to improve the practice.

What you will bring

You’ll have worked under pressure and to tight deadlines in the past, we wont tell you that there won’t be pressure and deadlines, but with us, you are supported by a community of consultants that are there to help.

We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills and be results focused. You’ll understand different approaches when eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile projects. You are the type of person who genuinely wants your customers to feel they are getting value.

We are friendly, We are quick to trust. We see things through. We’re kind to each other, look up to each other, and support each other. We achieve together. We are colleagues who may sometimes disagree and that’s OK. We value people who can take a stand yet commit to deliver even when they disagree, and we understand the value in others being heard.
