At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2026.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

The best salespeople don’t just sell software - they solve business problems and create opportunities where others may not see them.

As a Sales Executive on MNTN’s Restaurants & Dining team, you’ll help establish and grow one of our emerging industry verticals. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build new relationships, and help MNTN prove and scale its opportunity within your assigned market.

In this role, you’ll work with restaurant brands, from emerging concepts to multi-location and franchise organizations, to help them turn television into a measurable growth channel. You’ll learn each brand’s growth model, customer occasions, geographic footprint, and local-market priorities, then show how MNTN can help drive awareness, customer acquisition, and visits across locations.

This is a true hunter role for someone who is motivated by winning new business and comfortable creating momentum without relying on an established pipeline or fully developed playbook. You’ll take the time to understand each prospect’s business, lead thoughtful discovery, and show how MNTN can help achieve their performance goals.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success and cross-functional partners to create a strong customer experience and bring important market insights back into the business.

If you’re a self-starter who is energized by greenfield opportunities, curious about how industries grow, and excited to help build MNTN’s next growth engine, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for new advertisers within your assigned vertical, from initial outreach through close.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic self-prospecting, inbound demand, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Build MNTN’s presence and credibility within your vertical, helping prospects see the value of Performance TV and turning early wins into market momentum.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s business goals, marketing strategy, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and recommendations that connect MNTN’s platform to customer objectives.
• Build trusted relationships and navigate multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a thoughtful handoff and successful customer launch.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene while using AI, Salesforce, and modern sales tools to work efficiently.
• Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market learnings that help strengthen our messaging and build a repeatable sales motion within the vertical.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meet or exceed your individual new-business revenue goal.
• Build a healthy pipeline through proactive, disciplined self-prospecting.
• Win new logos and create momentum within your assigned emerging vertical.
• Deliver a consultative buying experience that earns the trust of prospects and decision-makers.
• Establish MNTN as a trusted player in the vertical, using strong relationships, customer wins, and market insights to build a repeatable path for growth.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clear visibility into opportunity health, risks, and next steps.
• Partner effectively across the organization and turn market learnings into a stronger, more repeatable sales approach.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in CTV, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or another consultative B2B sales environment.
• Experience selling to or working with restaurant, dining, franchise, or multi-location brands is strongly preferred.
• An understanding of restaurant marketing dynamics, including local and national decision-making, franchise structures, geographic targeting, seasonality, and the need to connect media investment to measurable customer demand, is preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales quotas.
• A hunter mentality and the discipline to build pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and thoughtful account planning.
• A self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where the playbook may still be developing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence decision-makers.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to bring the right partners into an opportunity at the right time.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling business outcomes.
• Experience using Salesforce, sales-engagement platforms, AI tools, and other modern sales technology.
• An understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, or media buying concepts is preferred.
• A builder mindset - you embrace feedback, learn quickly, and enjoy helping turn early wins into a scalable business.
