• Strategic Leadership: Drive organizational alignment, ensuring our documentation strategy supports the broader Network Product & Platforms (NPP) objectives and the long-term goals of the Transaction Processing organization.

• Consultative AI Integration: Partner with the Network Policy team to test, develop and deploy AI-driven interfaces that allow developers and stakeholders to "chat with our docs," reducing the friction of finding technical answers and speeding up time-to-market for new initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of associates. Foster a culture of technical excellence, process optimization, and AI literacy. Enable team members to act as strategic consultants for the broader organization.
