AI Engineer

Develop and optimize AI models for medical transcription and documentation. Work with state-of-the-art NLP and speech recognition.

We are looking for an AI Engineer who wants to work with cutting-edge AI technology in healthcare. You will develop and improve our models for speech recognition, NLP, and document generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI models for medical transcription
• Improve the speech-to-text pipeline's robustness in clinical environments
• Work with NLP to structure documentation drafts from clinical conversations
• Experiment with new AI techniques and models (LLMs, transformers, etc.)
• Optimize model performance for production
• Collaborate with backend team to integrate models into the system
• Evaluate and improve model performance based on documented use cases

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with NLP and/or speech recognition
• Knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
• Understanding of LLMs and transformer architectures
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Analytical ability and experimental mindset
• Interest in healthcare and medical applications is a plus
