We’re looking for Software Engineers - Golang to join one of our teams: Transfers, AML and others.
As a Software Engineer, you will participate in building and maintaining backend services using Go, working closely with more experienced engineers. You will help improve existing services, investigate issues, and gradually learn how to work with performance and reliability topics. We're still in the early stages of our growth, so you will be able to contribute to real product features and gradually take more ownership as you grow.

Challenges that await you:

• Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks
• Participation in the architecture of backend services and development of a complex system

What makes you a great fit:

• 1+ year of experience in Software Engineering (Golang)
• Excellent proven knowledge of Golang. Knowledge of other programming languages will be a great complement to your experience with Golang
• You love automating routine processes
• You enjoy writing high-quality tests and take a responsible approach to code quality
• You have a strong understanding of how the technologies in our tech stack work
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
• You’re genuinely interested in how AI pipelines are built and you actively use mainstream AI tools

Our technology stack:

• AWS • EKS • Golang • PostgreSQL • MongoDB • Kafka • Redis

Our ways of working:

• Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
• Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
• Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
• Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
• High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

• Relocation support to one of our hubs — Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan — with assistance for the employee and their family
• Flexible work from one of our offices or remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones
• Healthcare Coverage
• Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
• Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
• Vacation Policy: Annual leave and paid sick leave as per applicable policies
