WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS  

• Lead consulting and implementation projects Provide expert support to our project teams in document-related Enterprise Information Management projects
• Oversee the integration of our products into customer applications such as SAP ERP, SAP Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.
• Consulting, conception, realization, and introduction of solutions in the area of automated business processes
• Focus on digital content and extended document management (OpenText xECM
• Process mapping, optimization, and design of functional and technical business processes and enhancements
• Consultancy on best practice processes
• Configuration, programming, and implementation of process flows and their tests

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, or commercial training with IT work experience, or comparable training
• Extensive knowledge of ERP, CRM, and/or ECM systems
• Strong customer orientation and advanced consulting skills
• Proficiency in software configuration and programming, e.g., ABAP
• Significant project experience in the SAP environment, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris C4C, and/or Salesforce
• Excellent general understanding of IT
• Very Good written and spoken English and German language skills
