• Conduct risk assessments to ensure the structural integrity of Landing Systems hardware, including static and fatigue failure modes (FMs).
• Own and manage projects with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines, budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide structural analysis support for New Product Introduction (NPIs), material non-conformances (MRBs), Part Deviation Addendums (PDAs), and field investigations.
• Deliver analysis results and recommendations through detailed documentation, formal reports, and presentations for management and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the structures focal point in integrated product teams to provide design recommendations and solutions that meet technical, weight, and cost targets.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and support validation and verification testing of components for structural, thermal, and dynamic performance and behavior. Utilize test data to calibrate and improve analytical methods.
• Develop and automate status reports through tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Drive the continuous improvement of analytical methods and processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to entry-level structures engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

What YOU will learn:
