Function: Financial OperationsJob Summary: Manage end-to-end Pre-Authorization activities by coordinating with hospitals, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and seamless patient financial support.
Key Responsibilities• Validate Pre-Authorization documents.• Raise and track Pre-Auth requests.• Coordinate with hospitals and insurance partners.• Update approvals and case status in the system.• Resolve queries within defined SLAs.• Support financial counselling for patients and Care Buddies.• Share rejected cases for Cash/EMI counselling.• Monitor operational emails, WhatsApp groups, and escalations.• Maintain accurate documentation and process compliance.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Requirements• Graduate in any discipline.• 0–2 years of experience in Hospital Billing, Insurance, TPA, or Healthcare Operations.• Basic knowledge of health insurance and Pre-Authorization processes.• Good communication and MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications• Healthcare/Life Sciences background.• Experience in Hospital Billing, Insurance, or TPA operations.• Knowledge of cashless claims and hospital coordination.
