• Establish product KPIs (time-to-close corporate actions, reconciliation breaks, data timeliness/accuracy, onboarding cycle time, client satisfaction) and manage a continuous improvement backlog.
• Drive integration strategy across ecosystem tooling (KYC/client onboarding, document management, valuations, fund accounting/administration, reporting, CRM, analytics) and external service providers where applicable.
• Ensure strong governance: requirements documentation, controls-by-design, operational readiness, change management, and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Own delivery rituals: OKRs, backlog management, release planning, UAT coordination, training, and adoption.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, legal/compliance, data/analytics) with crisp communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured roadmaps, user stories, and execution plans.
• Strong analytical skills; comfort with KPIs, experimentation, and operational process measurement.
