About the Role

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in NinjaOne's global Platform Engineering organization, partnering closely with our US-based Platform Engineering team to support production software deployments and drive the evolution of our deployment platform.

This role has two primary areas of responsibility:

• Production Deployment Engineering – sharing ownership of production deployments and release operations across our SaaS platform to ensure reliable, predictable, and high-quality software releases.
• Deployment Automation & Platform Engineering – designing and implementing automated deployment solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve developer productivity, and enable engineering teams to deliver software faster and more safely.

As part of our growing Singapore engineering team, you'll help provide expanded operational coverage for global production deployments while creating additional capacity for the broader Platform Engineering organization to focus on strategic initiatives and platform modernization.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll collaborate closely with Software Engineering, SRE, QA, Product Management, Release Management, and Security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly automated software delivery platforms.

 Location – Hybrid, Singapore
