Associate Account Manager (Sydney)

Fresha is the leading AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, giving businesses everything they need to run smarter, grow faster and build stronger client relationships.

Already profitable, Fresha is using this investment to accelerate global expansion and drive the next generation of AI and product innovation.

Today, Fresha operates at global scale, with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Our platform is trusted by 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries, with more than 1.5 billion appointments booked to date.

Our mission is simple: help beauty and wellness businesses grow by giving them the technology they need to attract clients, manage their operations and run their business in one place.

We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Account Manager | Sydney, AU | Office-based

We're looking for Sales focused Account managers to join our Commercial team in Sydney, working at our Kent Street Office (Very close to Town hall and Wynyard stations). With our growth though we will be looking to move into an even more swanky brand new office very soon!

We’re hiring now for start dates in January.

If you’re looking to secure your next role before the year wraps up, this is a great opportunity to get ahead. While many companies slow down hiring over the summer period and pick things back up in February, Fresha is continuing to interview and hire now.

That means you can head into the new year with your next role already secured, ready to start either in January.

What you will be doing:

• Own revenue outcomes across your portfolio by carrying a monthly/quarterly expansion quota and driving consistent growth in account spend

• Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB Partners to increase product adoption and monetised revenue

• Proactively engage your portfolio using a structured outbound cadence (calls, video, and face-to-face meetings) to create commercial opportunities, not just respond to requests

• Analyse account performance and platform usage data to spot growth signals, prioritise accounts, and build targeted action plans

• Run consultative sales conversations that clearly link Partner goals to Fresha solutions, handling objections and guiding Partners to the right products and features

• Retain Partners by increasing value realised and addressing early churn risk through adoption, education, and commercial problem-solving

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across your accounts to drive long-term revenue expansion

• Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and internal teams to remove blockers, improve Partner outcomes, and accelerate growth across your book

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years experience in outbound business development and/or a quota-carrying account management or sales role

• Demonstrated ability to hit targets and stay motivated by revenue goals and commission outcomes

• Confidence running commercial conversations (pricing, value articulation, negotiation, objection handling)

• Strong organisation skills to manage a high-volume portfolio with a consistent cadence

• A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a changing environment

• Experience selling into small businesses is a plus

• SaaS or platform experience is beneficial, but not essential if you’ve sold value and outcomes before

• Creative problem-solving, with a test-and-learn approach to improving results

At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills. If you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every listed requirement. We believe in fostering growth and providing the support needed for you to excel in your role.

Your Opportunity at Fresha

This is a strong opportunity to build your commercial career in Account Management while working with an established portfolio of beauty and wellness businesses across ANZ

The role gives you more than traditional relationship management. You will have the chance to develop stronger commercial judgement, become more confident in consultative selling and build experience growing revenue across an existing customer base.

This role can give you:

• Real ownership: You will manage your own portfolio, decide where to focus your time and take responsibility for the commercial growth of your accounts.

• Stronger commercial skills: You will build experience in upselling, cross-selling, negotiation and identifying opportunities to increase customer value.

• More confidence with data: You will learn how to use account performance and product usage data to prioritise opportunities and shape your conversations.

• Deeper relationship management experience: You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping you become more confident influencing, advising and managing commercial relationships.

• Broader exposure across the business: You will work closely with Sales, Onboarding and other internal teams, giving you a wider understanding of how a scaling SaaS business operates.

• Room to progress: Strong performance can lead to greater responsibility and future opportunities within Fresha's Commercial organisation as the business continues to grow.

If you're looking for an Account Management role where you can become more commercially rounded, build stronger sales and relationship skills and take genuine ownership of a portfolio, this is an opportunity to do that in a growing international business.
