About Fresha

Fresha is the leading AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, giving businesses everything they need to run smarter, grow faster and build stronger client relationships.
In May 2026, Fresha secured an $80M growth investment from KKR at a valuation of $1B, officially reaching unicorn status and bringing total funding raised to $285M. Already profitable, Fresha is using this investment to accelerate global expansion and drive the next generation of AI and product innovation.
Today, Fresha operates at global scale, with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Our platform is trusted by 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries, with more than 1.5 billion appointments booked to date.
Our mission is simple: help beauty and wellness businesses grow by giving them the technology they need to attract clients, manage their operations and run their business in one place.
We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Account Manager to come and join our global business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial South Korea you will own a portfolio of SMB Partners and be accountable for revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and increased product adoption. This is a quota-carrying, commission-earning role built for someone who enjoys commercial conversations, proactive outreach, and delivering month-on-month account spend growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, and wants to make a visible impact on revenue performance across a large customer base.

What you will be doing:

• Own revenue outcomes across your portfolio by carrying a monthly/quarterly expansion quota and driving consistent growth in account spend

• Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB Partners to increase product adoption and monetised revenue

• Proactively engage your portfolio using a structured outbound cadence (calls, video, and face-to-face meetings) to create commercial opportunities, not just respond to requests

• Analyse account performance and platform usage data to spot growth signals, prioritise accounts, and build targeted action plans

• Run consultative sales conversations that clearly link Partner goals to Fresha solutions, handling objections and guiding Partners to the right products and features

• Retain Partners by increasing value realised and addressing early churn risk through adoption, education, and commercial problem-solving

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across your accounts to drive long-term revenue expansion

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years experience in outbound business development and/or a quota-carrying account management or sales role

• Demonstrated ability to hit targets and stay motivated by revenue goals and commission outcomes

• Confidence running commercial conversations (pricing, value articulation, negotiation, objection handling)

• Strong organisation skills to manage a high-volume portfolio with a consistent cadence

• A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a changing environment

• Experience selling into small businesses is a plus

• SaaS or platform experience is beneficial, but not essential if you’ve sold value and outcomes before

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Creative problem-solving, with a test-and-learn approach to improving results

At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills. If you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every listed requirement. We believe in fostering growth and providing the support needed for you to excel in your role.

Added Bonus:

• Bi-lingual - Fluency or conversational in English & Korean

• Beauty & Wellness - Experience within the beauty and wellness industry

At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills. If you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every listed requirement. We believe in fostering growth and providing the support needed for you to excel in your role.
