The challenge

Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Business Operations Lead — PMO & AI for Turbo Mexico, Rappi's quick commerce business: deliveries in minutes, own stores, and distribution centers operating around the clock. It is a young and complex business, where many pieces move at the same time and decisions are made quickly, almost never with all the information on the table. This role exists to ensure they are made well. The position is cross-functional by definition: you will coordinate with directors from all areas of Turbo Mexico and with every level of the operation, from the floor of a CEDI to the committee, and also with other Rappi verticals and global teams. On that network, you coordinate the quarterly financial planning, prepare the business reviews seen by management, and manage the project portfolio. And you have a wholly your own front: everything currently done manually — correcting prices, reviewing catalog, preparing reports — identify it, automate it with AI, and measure the hours you returned to the team. It's a high-exposure position: you will see the complete P&L of the country and be in meetings with management from your first month.

Your challenges

• Identify recurring tasks in areas and automate them with AI
• Coordinate the quarterly financial planning cycle with local and global teams
• Assemble weekly and monthly business reviews (WBR / MBR) for the C-level
• Write the executive narrative and follow up on commitments from each meeting
• Manage the strategic project portfolio: technological integrations, CEDIs, logistics and systems
• Coordinate with other areas to unblock bottlenecks and escalate timely
• Monitor Budget vs. Actual and detect margin deviations before closing
• Define priorities and ensure execution of committed initiatives

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, PMO, FP&A, or consulting.
• Education: completed university degree. Ideally quantitative majors: engineering, economics, actuarial science, finance or data science.
• English: intermediate-advanced.
• Essential: real financial judgment and evidence of having automated a process.
• Desirable: tech startups, e-commerce, retail, CPGs, last mile or mass consumption; ERP (SAP), WMS or TMS; agile squads.
• Location: CDMX, hybrid.
