The challenge

At Rappi, commercial work is not just about managing accounts: it is about building partnerships that grow both the restaurants and the platform at the same time. We are looking for a Top Deal Hunter for León who turns every opportunity into a solid and long-term business relationship.

Your challenges

• Prospecting and development of new business in the field: cold visits and cold calling
• Negotiation and closing of commercial alliances with restaurants
• Management of your pipeline in HubSpot, with consistent follow-up on your own and assigned leads
• Achievement of monthly objectives for activating new partners

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 2-4 years in similar roles
• Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
• English: Basic-intermediate
• Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (desirable)
• Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
