Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer (m/f) to join our Digital For Operation department based in Toulouse.

You will join the Digital for Operation department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation. Within this department, our goal is to simplify, streamline, prioritize, and unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations.

The modern industrial landscape is marked by immense challenges: massive production ramp-ups, rapid technological acceleration, and the inherent complexity of integrating transverse ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) deployments across diverse sites.

Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

How we care for you:

• Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.

• Work / Life Balance:  Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.

• Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.

• Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects  with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.

At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.    Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges:

• Translate shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes within the SAP architecture.

• Act as a content authority to enforce the "Fit-to-Standard" approach (minimizing customization) and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.

• Structure complex issues into actionable "Epics" and influence deployment priorities

• Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration between Information Management (IM) and production sites to ensure the effective delivery of business value.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.

• Proven expertise (5+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).

• A "Connector" mindset with the ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies, strong change management leadership, and a talent for finding compromises.

• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage.

Not a 100% match? No worries! Airbus supports your personal growth with customized development solutions.
