What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation, global rollout, and ongoing operations of Smart Booking and Smart Office platforms across BCG offices, ensuring seamless deployment, operational stability, and user adoption. 
• Own the technical and operational performance of SaaS-based office resource management applications, including desk booking, meeting room management, and workplace management solutions. 
• Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, configurations, and integrations to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business requirements. 
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. 
• Develop Python-based scripts, applications, and automation solutions to support data processing, system integrations, and operational efficiency. 
• Leverage cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP to support application integrations, data processing, and platform operations. 
• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Splunk, Datadog, and similar tools to identify performance issues, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure platform reliability. 
• Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex application, database, API, and integration issues in collaboration with engineering teams and SaaS vendors. 
• Design and maintain integrations between SaaS applications, enterprise systems, and cloud services using REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies. 
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, prioritize enhancements, and drive alignment on project objectives and deliverables. 
• Develop operational dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar tools to support data-driven decision-making. 
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data privacy standards. 

What You'll Bring

• B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized university. MBA would be an added advantage. 
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, application development, SaaS platform management, or enterprise application support, including experience leading technical initiatives. 
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and PostgreSQL, including complex query development, stored procedures, database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. 
• Proficiency in Python programming, with practical experience developing automation scripts, data processing solutions, and application integrations. 
• Good working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud services, application architecture, and cloud-based integrations. 
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog, including log analysis, alerting, performance monitoring, and incident troubleshooting. 
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations. 
• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or supporting SaaS applications related to office resource management, such as desk booking, meeting room reservations, and workplace management solutions. 
• Solid understanding of application architecture, relational databases, API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and software development best practices. 
• Experience in platform configuration, application upgrades, production support, incident management, and release management. 
• Working knowledge of application security, identity and access management, role-based access control, and data privacy requirements. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Trello, along with experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience collaborating with global teams, managing expectations, and driving alignment on project deliverables. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage complex technical challenges and multiple priorities. 
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, CI/CD practices, and emerging AI technologies such as LLMs and Agentic AI would be an advantage.

• Identifying opportunities for automation, platform optimization, and innovation while staying current with emerging trends in SaaS, cloud computing, Smart Office technologies, and AI.
