• AI fluency, with healthy skepticism. Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor) to analyze data, build prototypes, and dashboards, plus the instinct to check the output rather than take it at face value.

• Programming fundamentals. Experience in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go, with a solid understanding of core data structures and coding concepts. Familiarity with git, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or frameworks like React is a plus.

• Problem-solving and debugging. You approach challenges with a structured mindset, break down ambiguous problems, and know when to ask for help.

• Ownership and collaboration. You take your projects from start to finish, communicate progress clearly, and work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Growth mindset. You're eager to learn new technologies and tools, and you look for ways to keep improving your work.

We strive to place students on projects that align with their skills and interests while meeting our team's needs.
