We’re looking for a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to:

• go on "bug-hunts" and otherwise help improve team's infrastructure to deliver projects and analyses in structured, efficient manner.

Your team is part of Client Coverage within UBS Asset Management. Our business offers industry leading capabilities on a truly global scale. Client Coverage is the sales organization driving the growth of our business by building relationships with Clients (*as of 30 June 2024)

Your skills and experience

• experience in data-focused coding in R / Python
• data extraction in SQL (further knowledge beneficial, but not critical)
• experience with a dashboarding solution, preferably PowerBI (if you know Tableau and are willing to learn PBI, that works too)
• optional but beneficial: experience with R Shiny or other such web-framework Azure, AKS, OpenAI models
• structured, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
• collaborative and business skills (communication with non-technical users and stakeholders, project management, presentations of your solutions to management)
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
