Trupti Mukker I thrive at the intersection of business growth, operations' transformation and systems thinking. Over two decades, I’ve founded, led and scaled global CX and ops teams across large MNCs as well as start-ups in highly regulated compliance driven BFSI, Healthcare and EdTech sectors. Most recently I channeled that experience into Complement 1, where I serve as co-founder and COO. Earlier, I led a deeply passionate team as the CEO of Whitehat Jr and later as International COO of Think and Learn. We were laser focused on creating highly engaging learning experiences through great products, deep content, and our compassion. Expanding from India to Brazil, Mexico and of course US, UK and ANZ, our NPS scores as category creators in Coding led to exponential growth.
