Max Niroomand is co-founder and CTO of Lyceum, a European provider of AI inference and GPU infrastructure. Before Lyceum, he worked as a data scientist at QuantumBlack, led machine learning at a hyperspectral-imaging startup and researched machine learning at Synteny. Earlier, he was a quantitative trader at Citadel. He holds a PhD in theoretical machine learning and a master’s in applied mathematics from Cambridge, and a BSc in microbiology from Imperial College London.
