Eugene Cheah is co-founder and CEO of Featherless AI, formerly Recursal.AI, which provides serverless inference for open-source AI models. He co-leads RWKV, an open-source project under the Linux Foundation developing attention-free language-model architectures. Before Featherless, he co-founded Uilicious and served as its CTO, building tools for software testing. He studied computer science at the National University of Singapore.
