I earned my MBA from Auburn University, along with a graduate certificate in Information Systems Management, and have undergraduate degrees in Strategic Communications and English from Miami University (Love & Honor!). I have experience with SEO and HTML, a background in editing and customer service, and I am passionate about customer advocacy and fostering brand loyalty.
