Matt Asir 🇺🇸 I’m the Founder & CEO of LegalOS (YC W26), building the AI-powered immigration law firm. Immigration is a high-stakes, document-heavy process that’s still largely handcrafted. LegalOS uses AI-native workflows + attorney oversight to turn employment-based petitions into a fast, repeatable, high-quality system—so companies can hire global talent with less cost, delay, and uncertainty. - Deep domain expertise + real operational experience from building immigration products end-to-end - Product-first execution: we ship UX + workflow automation that reduces manual effort while improving consistency - Quality controls: attorney-in-the-loop review and process discipline designed for high-stakes outcomes Before LegalOS, I founded Legal Bullet, a full-service immigration tech company that streamlined the visa process and reduced attorney fees by up to 60%, earning recognition including Forbes 30 Under 30. I studied Astrophysics at the University of Chicago, and I also co-founded the Matthew & Rachel Asir Foundation, raising $71K+ for educational programs serving underserved youth.
