Ajay Balamurugadas is a hands-on software tester with nearly 19 years of experience spanning startups, enterprises, product and service companies. He has worn many hats—tester, test manager, Head of QA, product evangelist, community manager, mentor, and conference speaker—while contributing deeply to global testing communities. A graduate of Problem Solving Leadership, BBST, and Rapid Software Testing, Ajay co-founded Weekend Testing, authored several practical testing books, and is a strong voice in the Context-Driven Testing community. He now serves as Head of Customer Success and Strategy at PostQode, an agentic AI platform for Software Testing that learns project context from various sources like designs, code, test cases, bugs, and logs. Using AI agents for web, mobile, API, it then generates test cases, automation scripts, and helps in RCA—making testing smarter and more context-aware.
