Bill Chen

Bill Chen is an applied AI engineer at OpenAI focused on coding agents and applied AI systems. He previously cofounded RiskAngle, a Y Combinator-backed startup that developed AI tools for reviewing medical records for insurers and law firms. He studied computer science at Columbia University and previously worked at Retool.
