David Ongchoco studied cognitive science and computer science at the University of Pennsylvania and joined Dorm Room Fund as its first head of marketing in 2016. As an investment partner, he helped expand DRF to more schools nationwide. He founded YouthHack, supporting student founders, and later co-founded Comma Capital, an early-stage fund.
